hi and welcome to my blog

We all have dreams and some embrace them more than others... what would the world be like if this were not the case?
I am going to share my vision for a future... where the next generation actually gets paid for driving down the road.
Now it might only be a penny a mile so lets not get too excited ( really alot more in savings when you dont need to pay for gas or power)...but once the buckypaper roads pay for themselves ...the profits should go to the people.
life is transitory its about doing someting that we have never done before.
lets look at some reality from dreams...YouTube - Innowattech breakthrough in alternative energy from road traffic"You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." –Richard Buckminster Fuller

fill the trunk with hamsters

Solar power, wind turbine and geo-thermal enthusiasts, step aside:
Scientists have managed to harness the energy-producing power of hamsters by fitting them with tiny detector jackets.
The devices are strapped to the animals as they run on their cage wheels, capturing the biomechanical energy they release as they exercise.
Experts believe the technique could one day be used to capture power produced by humans.
Dr Zhong Lin Wang of Georgia University's Nano Research Group developed the flexible jackets, which are fitted with wires plugged into a nanogenerator that produces energy when they are bent and stretched.
In tests one hamster named Campbell's Dwarf produced small amounts of AC power – around one twentieth of the output of an AA battery.
ok so now imagine using this technology on the surface of a car as it goes down the road small fibers on the cars skin swing back and forth generating power as the car travels forward .
Bit by bit piece by piece this crazy dream to give the power back to the people is becoming more and more possible!

tracked vehicles

tracks would be great for designs that create airflow passed nano-turbines. although tires could work just as easily. making the track from buckypaper would lighten and strengthen. as the track or tire goes around it forces air down channels that end with nano-turbines spinning around to create power as you use it. this theme is great as the wheels spin the nano-turbines spin wheels within wheels wheres the modern Salvador Dali to paint some thing that captures that image .
and how about a pair of boots that could power a pda...as you run your charging

Reclaiming expended power

The law of conservation of energy states that nothing can ever be destroyed
it only changes form we have the ability to reclaim expended energy the real question is can we bring in more power than we put out .
if one layer of buckeypaper <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckypaper>driven over forces air passed nanoturbines produces x amount of power than add more and more layers to get to where you have more power than you need to drive over that stretch of road ...use the extra power to light the streets at night heat the road in cold climates..etc

law of conservation of energy....

i have not done the math yet as i haven't seen the specs on a nanoturbine and no prototype has been built yet....this idea is in its infancy the extra resistance of the buckypaper road could be the big hurdle to this ideas success but in combination with other techs with similar problems to overcome.a workable solution can be found.

the idea of building roads that create power

Israel is making prototype crystals embedded in roads that can create power... http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg20026856.100-crystal-road-harnesses-power-of-passing-cars.html

have you ever watched connections.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connections_(TV_series)
..amazing how many inventions are created by converging many seemingly unrelated ideas..cell phone convergence is a great example i can envision a new convergence in roadway tech... its possible to build roads with nano-tech combining nano turbines and buckypaper in modular bricks that can be laid along the roadway and at first contribute all power generated to the grid ...eventually feed it direct to the all electric cars...the tires can make power, the skin can make power on the solar and the nano turbines, also on the fibre swings... a hairy car will be the green car of the future who knew? im shopping my idea for harry the love bug now. Hollywood call my people .nothing on earth can stop an idea whose time has come there are many examples to name a couple the blacksmiths vrs. the car makers the candlemakers vrs.edison and the light bulb....and now freegreenenergy vrs the new world order and carbon taxes planet wide.
